Its easy to trade online or on the phone

The value of investments, and the income from them,

As soon as you open an account and fund it, you are ready to start trading.

Online trading

  • Login to your Account
  • Enter your username (this is your customer account number)
  • Enter the required three random characters from your account password

You now have access to the secure trading platform and investor support facilities

  • Go to Place a trade and follow the screen prompts
  • To confirm your trade you'll need your dealing password
  • The online dealing charge is £15 per trade

Telephone trading

  • Call our dealing line free on 0808 208 4400
  • You'll need your customer account number and account password
  • The minimum charge for a telephone trade is £45 per trade
