For the purchase of UK equities and preference shares, there will be an additional 0.50% for stamp duty. Non-CREST eligible and CREST eligible residual stocks are subject to a minimum charge of £5.00, with any greater charges rounded up to the nearest £5.00. New issue and UK-registered equity transactions over £10,000 will attract a Panel of Takeovers and Mergers levy of £1.00.
